Field problem-solving during exercises
Problem:
During the winter exercise Nordic Response in 2024, the armoured latch on a military cargo vehicle breaks.
Solution:
The part is scanned in a military battle-damage repair container in the field, and the data is transferred digitally to Bamek, which performs digitalisation and reverse engineering. A new part is 3D-printed and installed in the field in under 24 hours.
